I made this lilac themed diaper cake for a friend of mine. Her baby shower was simple with just a lilac floral theme. I kept the design simple by just rolling up plain white size one Pampers Swaddlers and then wrapped thick lilac colored ribbon around each tier. I stuck co-ordinating orchids onto the ribbon using glue dots , making sure not to put any glue dots on the diapers! :) I attached a matching mini note card to top it off.
