Saving Money Using Walgreens Health and Wellness Products

This post brought to you by Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.

I usually cringe when I need products that are health related, because it means I have to spend a significant amount of money. When someone in our home catches a cold or flu, everyone else ends up catching it within the week. In that case we end up needing vapor rub, cough and cold medicine, cough drops and extra vitamins among other things. I try to save wherever I can and in most cases end up purchasing Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products. I compare each Walgreens brand product with popular name brand products by thoroughly reading the ingredient lists. The ingredients are almost always the same, but the Walgreens brand products cost a lot less, which definitely works well for my budget!

The last time I had to make a trip to Walgreens, I needed to buy vapor rub and noticed that they had a Walgreens brand called Walgreens Medicated Vaporizing Chest Rub. It cost nearly half the price of the brand I usually purchase and was nearly identical when it came to the ingredients. Of course, I had to try it and was pleased that it worked just as well as the brand I have always purchased in the past. Even if it did not work well for me, I wouldn't be worried since the product comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and are Walgreens pharmacist recommended. Walgreens also helps local communities through the Walgreens Way to Well Fund™, which is something I think is much needed.

By the way. there are lots of Walgreens gift cards being given away!! Check out these giveaways for your chance to win!
