7 Kitchen Hacks That Will Step Up Your Cooking Game

Cooking a delicious meal is often time consuming and sometimes tedious, but here are 7 kitchen hacks that will step up your cooking game. These simple tips will help make your meal more delicious, enjoyable and more appealing in general!

1. Squeeze a tablespoon of lemon juice into rice water before cooking. This will keep the rice from getting clumpy and sticking together.
2. Place an onion in the freezer for 10 minutes before chopping it to avoid teary eyes.

3. Use soda water instead of flat water when cooking vegetables to keep them crisp and colourful.
4. Pour water over your guacamole before storing it in the fridge to keep it from browning.
5. Keep peeled potatoes in cold water before cooking to stop them from turning brown.

6. Wrap plastic wrap around the ends of bananas to keep them from ripening too fast.
7. Place a wooden spoon across the top of a pot when boiling food to keep it from overflowing.

I hope these 7 kitchen hacks will come in handy when you're cooking! If you have any other tips or tricks you would like to share, please leave a comment.

(And realistically, it is not about genetics or some hard exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING related to "how" they eat.)

P.S, What I said is "HOW", and not "what"...
