Here are my questions and Andrea's answers:

Me: How did you come up with the name of your brand?
Andrea: My name is Andrea Marie, so I combined the "A" with "marie" and voila!

Me: Which of your designs is your favorite?
Andrea: I have to say the Angie Mini tote is my favorite. It's such a great everyday bag that you can fit everything you need into. The braided handle is different from your typical handbag and it is also very comfortable on the shoulder - as is the bags light weight.

Me: Which celebrity would you most want to design/make a handbag for?
Andrea: It's a toss-up between Anne Hathaway and Carrie Underwood. Both women are so classy and have impeccable style. The opportunity to design a custom red carpet clutch would be amazing.

Me: What do most people say when they first see your products?
Andrea: People mention how unique the pieces are and how they love the prints and the stand-out color combinations.

Me: Do you plan on opening a storefront someday?
Andrea: I would love to one day own my own storefront and make other kinds of products eventually like dresses and other accessories.

Me: When did you start making handbags, clutches and wristlets?
Andrea: I started making the clutches first in 2005, the wristlets in 2006 and the totes were born in fall of 2007.

Me: Do you ship your products worldwide?
Andrea: Yes, we do!

Me: Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
Andrea: We love making custom clutches for special events and weddings! If you have a dress or bridal party that you would like custom colors/fabrics/designs for, please send us an email at
