Barbecuing is a simple and tasty way to prepare eggs. Eat them plain, with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, in salads or sandwiches. The possibilities are aplenty!
Carefully place eggs on the fired up barbecue, one by one and leave them to cook for 10-15 minutes depending on how well done you prefer your eggs.
Once ready, remove them from the grill and place them in an ice bath so that they don't get overcooked.
Peel them and enjoy!
